Remy will be hosting and administering a class wherein we will revive the good name of the gin martini.
Class will start with the history of the martini and its components. We'll taste through 3 different dry vermouths, followed by 3 distinct gins.
The class will finish with a build-your-own martini where you'll be able to make your preferred cocktail via what you've learned and several classic martini recipes that will be supplied. The 4-page write-up, with recipes, is yours to take home.
